Camp College

Camp College is an interactive and informative college planning workshop for high school students in grades 10 – 11 from underrepresented and underserved populations. The purpose of the program is to encourage students to begin considering and preparing for post-secondary education.

The committee consists of volunteers from various MACAC schools around the state and the program is held in a different Michigan metropolitan area in May of each year. Topics covered at the workshop include The Community College Experience, Big v. Small colleges, College Athletics, Test Preparation, College Search, Financial Aid and more. The workshop is free for all student attendees.
